Value for money:

A friend of mine suggested me to switch from Bell Canada (ugh!) to this supplier. $30.95 for unlimited North American calls plus all the additional services (3-way call, caller ID, caller block, call transfer, voice mail, messages sent as wav files to my email address, etc)

I contacted the Sales department, which helped me get through smoothly to the procedure. A few days after ordering, the VoIP modem arrived. I connected it to the Linksys router and.. that'sit. Up and running.

It took 2 weeks to get the transfer of my old phone numer to Igonet. Once there, I could configure it as the main one (leaving the Igonet 514 number as the secondary). Going through the 911 configuration was also very easy.

Since then, everything went almost perfect. The cons are some additional service charges ($0.49 per month) and not being able to contact some 1-800 numbers, mont of them from calling card companies. However, I can use another VoIP to make International phone calls and no probem at all.

I don't remember having called CS after ordering.

Briefly, very recommended.
