I ordered on Feb 28. Aside from the home address screw-up by Covad that I had to make quite a number of phone calls to fix in 5 days, everything went well. Afternoon of March 20, I was up and running in 10 minutes. My subscription is for 768/384 SDSL and I get an average result of 500/400 from my many speed tests on this site. I put the tweaks in, did different tests with other tools and sites, and it looks like I am achieving an average throughput of 70-75% of the full line speed - which is very close to the lower limit of being alright. However, my ping times to the default gateway is persistently high - 180msec. I was told that there was a trouble ticket opened with Covad and and it would be taken care of. We'll wait and see.
Technical support and responsiveness is above average, which is always good. Overall, I am happy and glad that I went with Speakeasy; crossing my fingers for resolution of the latency problem in the soonest.
