I have the Roadrunner lighting 40/5, phone cable package which includes HD and HBO/Showtime.
It cost around $190 a month which is high but the service is awesome. The lighting internet package lives up to the hype. I stay around 39mibit.
When I call for help I get people that actually care and I normally can talk my way into a lower bill every 6 months or so,
Only thing that bugs me is every time you call they want you to take a survey of how the call was handle but you can opt out.
Equipment I use is a Samsung SMT-H3272 HD - DVR cable box with a 500GB hard drive no problem but the fact it lacks picture in picture which is one of BHN selling points.
Modem is a Motorola surfboard SBG6580 DCCSIS 3.0 wireless N router
I also have a Scientific Atanta 2203c for my phone
Roadrunner Lighting package 40mbit down and 5mbit up I can't complain I order 12/2010 and I do speed test and I get 38-39mbit all the time. The plus side to this service beside speed is the phone and Internet is separate now which means if Internet goes down phone still work. Where before internet went down so did the phone.
If I need someone to come out normally it the next day if not no more then two.
The only real issue BHN has is if your cable or internet goes off line you can't call them because they turn off their phones.
