This ia great small ISP who values each customer and is able to provide very personalised support. Because you speak to the folks who run the network, you get the rigtht time of day right away, without having to go through an intermediary as is the case for larger ISPs.
Electronic Box succesfully migrated to a totaly new network and is no longer dependent on 3men at work. This migration worked flawlessly and shows that the staff at Ebox are very capable. The new network has better performance than the old one and this will give Ebox better pricing flexibility.
This is an ISP with a good service and great outlook for the future because they have the right attitude.
The addition of VPN support to bypass Bell's throttling is very welcome.
Their VoIP service is not the cheapest around but it works well and the "super zones" for local calls has turned out to be very useful
