I ordered the SpeedCable 60/250 GB package for $54.95/month, and bought the Thomson DCM475 DOCSIS 3.0 modem.
Pre-sales contact with customer support was excellent. They were incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
My only complaint thus far was with the installation. I was told that the Videotron technician would be by between 08:00 and 17:00 to install. The Videotron technician didn't show up until 16:00, which meant I ended up having to take an entire day off work for the install. He was also not aware that I already had Videotron digital cable, and almost deactivated my cable service.
Once the connection was activated, my first speed test yielded a download speed of 62.6 Mb/s, and an upload speed of 3.2 Mb/s. Since then, however, my speed consistently drops to 8-16 Mb/s during peak hours. It would appear as though their new rates have resulted in them overselling their bandwidth.
