I decided to upgrade my DSL to cable. So, I upgraded to the 60mb cable plan two weeks ago. Got a call from ebox on Friday that installation is this coming Saturday - very customer focused.

Suspect Electronicbox Reviews...

I'm starting to wonder about all these 100% ELECTRONICBOX reviews that have been showing up lately. Are they giving you rebates if you post positive comments?

Re: Suspect Electronicbox Reviews...

What if they are really THAT good? And, I think that's actually the case.

Re: Suspect Electronicbox Reviews...

nah, they have garnered a lot of good PR when the new prices for cable offering in Quebec came out. They were out in the open about their plans and on the ball with answering any questions as opposed to pretty much every other ISP.

Got me to switch from Teksavvy (who are finally about to announce their rates..7 weeks after ebox), I'm going to wait another week before posting a review but so far so good

....

This is so funny!

No I am not paid by ebox! And I am not receiving any rebates! As you can see from my review above, I am planning to switch to ebox cable because I am now paying more for Ebox DSL 6mb with no increase in download speed. I'd rather pay $55 for TGV 60 instead of paying $45 for an 6mb DSL connection.

By the way, before switching to ebox I was a bell DSL customer for about 6 years on the discontinued unlimited DSL plan when bell started increasing my plan cost by $5 every other month to force me to cancel or switch to the limited DSL plan...so I decided to switch to another ISP and this is when I found ebox!
