I switched from 6mb DSL to 8mb Cable and the difference is tremendous. The speed is much more consistent than before and downloads are much quicker. I don't have to worry about downloading or streaming to much content as the bandwidth allotment is big enough. Installation was completed without any problems. I received a phone call before the technician came to install the cable line. As for customer service it is top notch. Quick reply to e-mails and you can drop by their office to get your modem. The only problem I had was that the modem I received had the incorrect firmware for use in Quebec. Contacted support and had no problems getting a replacement that very same day.
I have already recommended Electronic Box to several friends who are also happy with the service, and will continue to do so.
