Overall, I'm very pleased with the switch. It took about 15 days from the time I placed the order. The installation went very well and I was up and running in less than 20 minutes. They only glitch was that I was given a higher speed profile than I was paying for. Can't really complain I guess
I have been experiencing random disconnects and random sluggishness throughout the day. Support has been trying to work on fixing these issues, but they are somewhat at the mercy of Videotron and not getting back to me very quickly. I suppose this is also caused by their rapid growth.
Hopefully, planned upgrades will be implemented in a timely manner and things should be fine going forward.
I totally agreed with their decision to temporarily stop selling the SpeedCable 60 product. I don't think it's a viable product in its current form.
