| Re: Slow speed I use a Cisco E3200 and it's working flawlessly. It was with my older ISP.
I have Windows computer running Windows 7 X64bit.
I use the antivirus that comes with Windows7.
Im pretty sure the problem is not on my side since I had 30Mbits/2Mbits the first day and my older ISP worked fine. It was just overprice for what it offered.
I just did a speed test and it's even worse I get 3.5Mbit/0.2Mbit.
Im a little pissed right now

speedtest.electronicbox.net and post the result here.
When you do your test can you do it with your pc directly into the modem.
Will get that fixed for you.

| | slow speed Could you please do the test without your router connected to the modem and post your results here, The reason we ask you to do this is because we want to isolate the modem and make sure the reading we get is from the modem and nothing else. Once you have done the test post the results here once again it must be done without router to isolate the modem. If a router is present then the test is not valide and electronic box cannot troubleshoot the issue with there supplier. | |

| | 1 edit | Re: slow speed If you activate QoS, put "Upstream Bandwidth": Manual 3 or 4 Mbps in your router.
Allways put more than you maximum upload. Make some SpeedTest until you get the best value for your router.
