My order was placed on Nov. 23, hookup was Dec. 6th.
The process was painless, I opt'ed to pickup the modem and save the shipping expense.
I did have a small issue being put onto the incorrect profile, this was resolved by a call into support and waiting 24 hours.
The connection is stable and fast, in fact it's always fast, I've been with Bell and Videotron, and I feel that the peering that EB has is much better. I've not seen slowdowns at any time.
At this point, I only wish I'd have switched sooner, what was I waiting for?
