I moved over from Teksavvy, as Ebox had a more attractive package for me, at the 60meg cable level. I should perhaps point out that this is my second time as an Ebox customer, so I knew the company. Mind you, they were a much smaller company the first time, and I suspect the installation woes I encountered can likely be attributed to growing pains. My installation woes..?? I was without internet for a whole day..!! Yea, I know, a whole day.... hehe
Other than that, I have a very solid, 60meg down cable connection with a 500gb cap for $86 per month, tax in. Not only that, but they have plans to introduce a 2am to 2pm "happy hours" whereby bandwidth activity will not count toward your monthly cap. Doesn't get much better than that in this part of the world.
Also, I've been online now for about 18years, and I know a little bit about what I'm talking about.

cvafi join:2013-07-31 Montreal, QC | electronic box speed it started ok but now at night i'm at half of the promised speed. I only get 6 Mb instead 10 and 300Kb instead of 1.5 Gb upload. What the heck is going on?
I'm not connected by WIFI. Even connected to the modem directly gives me the same speed. Not very happy. | |
