Value for money:

Can't get DSL where I live. Dial-up was too slow. Used a satellite dish, but it wasn't dependable. Didn't want Comcast because it was too expensive just for Internet. Zeta filled the void. Quick install, worked for almost a year without problems. When I had a problem, tech was out and fixed the box. When I started to get a weak connection (yes, tree's do grow), they suggested a higher antenna. Install went well, and have had zero problems in two years. Has held up during a wind gust of 55 mph. I know this because I have a wind guage next to the roof antenna.

You may not get a human to answer the customer service phone line, but they do respond quickly to e-mail. Of course, if your e-mail is dead because the Zeta failed, then your response might be a tad longer than you'd like. But if you're out in the wilds like I am, you're just as likely to have zero power as no Internet. One of the "joys" of rural living.
