Pre Sales, and installation was so long ago that I can't remember.

I am not satisfied with Suddenlink at the moment and haven't been since November of 2006 when they switched us from Charter to Suddenlink but, I hope that it will get better someday soon.

    Suddenlink SUCKS!

Don't hold your breath on them getting better. I kept hoping the same thing. The only thing that has happened is that the customer service has been getting worse as the former providers employees get fed up with the crappy way the company works and are replaced with more and more people who have no clue what they are doing. I never know when I call customer service if I am getting someone local or long distance. Today I got someone in British Columbia who was a real B****. Told me that I should be happy that she can get me an appointment tomorrow and not 2 weeks from now. I know what is going to happen. I will be without internet at home (I am on a local public access system right now) until the person comes out and says that the problem is not inside my house (I already know that) and then who knows how long before they finally look at and find the problem outside. I am really sick of paying the prices they charge for the lack of service they provide. I will be looking into other providers.
