    Not much to say really. We got the connection a year ago and we've only experienced one outage which lasted an hour or so. They even informed us about an offer where we got our down speed doubled without extra cost. This service seems much better than the broadband connection we had before.

    Update:

    Recently we began to see serious problems with our connection. At night we got dropped constantly and the speed went down to dial-up between 8 pm and midnight. Packet loss was also very high which made gaming and simple web browsing a challenging experience even when the speed was reasonable.

    We've had Suddenlink techs out here two times, but the problem has not been resolved. It's been so bad that we had to set up DSL from AT&T since I depend on the Internet connection for work. I'll keep the DSL connection for a couple of weeks. If Suddenlink hasn't been able to fix their (not our!) problem I'll have to switch to DSL permanently (since that's the only alternative broadband option where I live).
