We've used this provider for several business and home accounts. Most recently a customer was moving from a legacy T1 (yes people still use 'em!) to Suddenlink's 12x2 business service. Ping times went from 34 ms down to 18 ms to Google.com. Speeds went from 1.55 (T1) to 13x2.3 for a max, ~6x2 during busy times.
