I've had suddenlinks cable internet for about 6 months and the plan is for 6megs down and 256kbps up. I actually get my rated speed maybe for a few hours a day which is usually when im not home and the down speed gets pretty abysmal to the range of some times struggling to get even 1 meg down the up is pretty constant but its very low but its the only plan they offer.

i wish the WISP that i was using before hadn't gone out of business, but dealing with most of the tech support has been pleasant but i would have wished that i didnt have too as much as i have.

as of right now i couldn't recommend suddenlink
