Consistently see download speeds of 15-18 Mbps on 15 Mbps plan
Upload of 1.5 Mbps is pathetic. 250 GB monthly cap sucks.
Like it FAR better than the 3Mbps (max available!) Verizon DSL that it replaced

Verizon and Suddenlink are the only choices in my area. Verizon said that my line could only support 3 Mbps down and it didn't seem that they were going to upgrade any time soon. Suddenlink pricing was prohibitive until recently. They finally came down to a price that I was comfortable with and I made the switch. I installed my own Motorola SB6121 DOCSIS 3 modem and placed a call to Suddenlink tech support. They took my HFC MAC and had me online in about 2 minutes. We've only had the service for a few weeks, but so far it has been awesome.
