We've had Suddenlink Internet for a total of 5-6 years. Other than storm damage causing two or three outages and maintenance that has been done late night/early mornings, the connection has always been rock solid! They're the only company that have the most reliable and fastest speeds available in our area and state for residential customers. I would definitely recommend Suddenlink if they're available in your particular area! If for some reason you happen to have reliability issues, I would recommend also PMing or Emailing SDL L3Tech from the forums as he can track down any routing issues that may happen and get it fixed on his end. If nothing can be done, he'll get a hold of your local plant techs to determine the problem and get it fixed... stuff that the local level install techs no nothing much about!

My bill was running at just over $130/mo. for the SDL200 and 15/1.5 mbps package. I was just able to get upgraded to 30/2 mbps while keeping the same TV package, while also saving $14 as part of one of their newest deals.

Re: Thanks for the review

No problem, Pete! Good to hear from you again. There should be a whole lot more people such as SDL L3Tech that people can reach out to and get their routing issues, and outside plant issues corrected.
