I think everyone that is giving negative reviews to Phoenix needs to take a look at the competition. Phoenix personally responds to the posts here on DSLReports and has the Sales option on their phone system AFTER the customer support option. I think this says alot about their priorities.
A majority of everyones problems come with your ILEC (phone company). They add to the wire distance by using SLCS, Load Coils and such so automated line validation tools are not always accurate.
Even though I am still waiting for service due to the imcompetance of Northpoint and Bell Atlantic I can still say that I view Phoenix favorably. Come on.. The CEO posted his phone number on the bulletin board. They are really trying to make everyone happy, just have some patience.
