Overall pretty pleased with these guys, some good deals. Not the cheapest but that's not always best. Support can be a little slow but usually get you what you need. Love their friendly/informal approach, their newsletters can be hilarious.
Lately there have been a few issues but I've not really noticed them and they have been dealt with quickly and with good communication to the customer.
