    Ordered service on 1/15 was live within 3 hours of placing the call. The service is outstanding, very very fast speeds. She has the 100mbps both up and down package and it kicks ass. Pings are very low comparable with Surewest.

    If only they had more of a coverage area, they'd kick comshit's ass and AT&T's ass.

    Nevertheless Its nice to finally see some competition in this area.

    How Much BW do i need?

    I was thinking about getting this service. I am a college student so i do not have that much money. However I do use the internet for gaming. I can afford the value service at 20,480 kbps. But my question is do I need this much for online gaming or will the basic be enough.

    Depends on budget. If you want all out speed and have the $$ get the value service. The jump from 2 to 20mbps is substantial.

    @comcast.net    		 If you're gaming you probably can get by on the 2MB plan. Gaming is about latency, not bandwidth and the reduction in bandwidth shouldn't affect latency.
