For the first year it was fine for my trial period (1.5mb) trial nearing it's end, engineer moved my connection and I cannot find out why and now I've been disconnected every 5 minutes peak, and my latency going from 60 ms range to 200 range.
Continual calls/tickets no response/explanation of any substance.
Westell modem.
They are definitely having problems, or I've been throttled somehow. Upper Valley region.
