I have seldom had any service interruptions and any I've had have mostly been self-inflicted. I've been a Linkline customer for over 10 years.
However, my last outage was a double hit where both the AT&T line went down and my modem died. The modem was at least 10 years old. All of the help I got was great and there was very, very little "hold" or "all service reps are busy" time.
On Saturday morning Rufio V. was the greatest. He tried to resuscitate my old modem, helped me select and buy a new modem, and then patiently went thru a new modem setup. It took hours, mostly my fault.but he was exceptional. Thanks
