I ordered my Telocity (684/128 for $49/month and no annual contract, free installation, free DSL Modem, static IP) service on Saturday, March 18, 2000. I received my modem on Friday, March 31, 2000 and I was up and running on Saturday, April 1, 2000. Wow, a 14-day turn around. That is amazing!
Over these two weeks I received several emails from Telocity updating me on the progress of my order.
I use Linux at home and the installation and setup was a snap. Once I was up and running I had a small problem with my SMTP settings, but Telocity Tech was able to correct this the same day.
Thus far I have to rate my experience with Telocity and their client support 5 Stars! Over the next couple of weeks I'll follow up with things like connection reliability and speed, but thus far Telocity has been fantastic!
