I ordered Flashcom on Tuesday Feb 8, 2000 . 4 weeks later bell atlantic did the outside line and two weeks later a rhytyms tech came out at 7am ( earlier than the 8AM-12pm time window). and completed the install. after 4 hours of trying to connect he left with out a working connection because I was not built by rhythms. When I called Flashcom they said it was a Rhythms problem, after a week of calling and being on their case my dsl was up and running and I have not had a problem with the connection. In all I believe my experience with Flashcom was exceptional. I do agree that the wait time on their tech line needs improvement. and communication between Flashcom and the providers need improvement .
