Initial installation took a little over 2 hours :-\, but was very professionally done. cable was ran through the crawl space and they mounted a jack on the wall next to the computer.
Connection is very fast, even faster then the DSL thruogh Verizon I have at work. So far no problems due to weather, and we have had a few really bad storms roll through since getting setup. The tech who setup our computer said we were roughly 6 miles from the tower, which seems far away, but he said that his testing showed my connection capable of running almost 8Mb!! I'm bought the 3Mb package, and I consistantly download faster then 2.5Mb.
Overall very happy and satisfied with the service.
