My Other Reviews

·ERF Wireless Sol..
This is the 3rd iteration of this fixed wireless company. Tstar borged by ERF, borged by Keyon/Speednet. Tstar was wonderful...ERF was horrible...Keyon at best ties with ERF and could be worse. I was having connection issues and the technicians decided that my radio was the problem. The replaced the 900mhz Canopy equipment with 5.? Ubiquity. Worked great for about 3 weeks. Then the radio started dropping out, losing about 20-40 packets, then re-registering. Needless to say, that played havoc with any files downloading/uploading. Technician comes back out...Says my static IP wasn't assigned as static in their routing table so DHCP was giving my IP to anyone else signing on, which knocked my radio off. He supposedly fixed that. Problem continues. Next tech says trees are blocking the signal and radio/antenna need to be moved. I buy all the conduit and clips, etc. to run the cat5 across my roof. I now have unimpeded line of site to the access point, which I can see from my house-it's less than a mile away, I think. Anyway, problem not solved and getting worse. I'm now getting about 10%/mg down and up while dropping 20-40 packets in a row, periodically. Two weeks ago, Keyon decides that I need a new radio. They don't have one in stock. When I call to find out when the new radio will be installed, I can't even find out if they have even ordered one. They will only tell me "We'll call you when we're ready to install it". Funny, their bills for service keep coming...Avoid this company!
