"inyc looks good on paper."
"website down 4/1/00, published phone number not working"

Pre Sales information:

    I went to inyc's website to sign-up for dsl service and the website has
    been down for the last 2 days!!! The published phone number isn't
    working either; a phone company messege says it isn't a working
    number!!!! What is going on?
