    Email issues looked to be resolved for the most part. We seem to have problems from time to time, which get fixed sooner or later. For example, for some unknown reasons, this ISP deleted all the SPAM filters on 25 email accounts. That can really upset the apple cart!

    The control panel for web hosting is incredibly slow with a unfriendly user interface. Frankly, I just hate that control panel.

    For comparison, we never have similar problems with our AT&T email counts or with their web hosting control panel.

    CBeyond is the worst

    I would not wish CBeyond on my worst enemy. We switched to CBeyond at our office and also got the cell phone plan. The system has cost us a great deal of money and aggravation. We've had it for 6 months and I am holding my breath for our three year contract to end. We have not saved the money they promised we would and we are not able to back-up our server contents as they promised. The sales people lied about everything. This company is definitely not ready for prime time. I just wish that a company with the financial backing to take care of customer problems and fix the system will come along and buy out Cbeyond. Does anyone out there have another SIP service they recommend?

    I have been using cBeyonds SIP connect in Chicago area for over one year. I have no problems. I do not store data on their server because it is nominal space. It is clearly written on the contract. I do not host web site withthem because i have lot more emails than allowed by cBeyond as base package and I beleive i can get better deal elsewhere.

    who are other service providers in the area that you recommend that we should consider. I am happy with cBeyond's service but I want to see what other options did you come up wth.
