My initial installation is great. I don't have too much of a problem. Recently, I ordered a new 10mbps line for my DR co-location site. I'm not sure why but this time around, they don't respond to me as well. I plan to put the equiments last month, but because the line is not ready I have to postpone the installation twice.

A lot of frustration.
