I am utterly disgusted with this company. I recently underwent back surgery and have went without any source of income be it from workers comp or EI. Well after being overdue $66 on my bill they disrupted my service without any notice. I find it ridiculous that a company that relies on "good" customer service to survive would suspend someone's service with only $66 owing. I am literally lost for words. I contacted customer service billing department and asked if they could reinstate my service as I would be paying my bill the coming Friday ( it's Wednesday today) I was told until the $66 owing is paid they would not reinstate my service. The company is a joke. Once Friday is here I will go into the office pay the $66 owing + a month and then I will promptly cancel my services with them.
