If you're reading this you may thing that 12 days for set up is a long time. But it was due mainly in part to Bell removing the provisioning from my line and not putting it back on. Once Acanac was contacted everything was back in place in no time.
Service has been solid since day one. Speeds are fantastic, actually higher than they were with my Bell DSL connection that was on the same line. Now admittedly, I worked for an ISP and have knowledge on how to set everything up. For someone new, the instructions may have been a little vague.
Bottom line, I will continue to recommend Acanac to people, I have already converted numerous people to their service and hope to bring more over in the future.
