Account setup went smoothly. Never received the new member e-mail (login info and instructions for using on-line storage, etc.), but not a big deal.
Connection has been fast and reliable so far during these first 3 months.
Tech support easy to get a hold of (I called several times during the week), and were very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up and troubleshooting my PC.
I'm using my own Speed Touch modem.
No complaints!
