    I only had a few problems...
    1. Ihad to call purchasing to find out why I hadn't received my modem after ~7 days.
    2. Purchasing admitted the problem was with them and I received the modem 3 days latter
    3. A few days after receiving the modem, I called support because I still didn't have DSL service... profile problem.
    4. After a few days, Bell came and went and I had service.
    5. I noticed the service was only 3mbps. I called again and they told me I was set for 3mbps and not for 5mbps. They fixed that problem.
    6. I'm now up and running
    The support here is better then other companies I've had to deal with. If it's not happening like you expect it to, just follow-up... it worked fine for me.
