    I have signed on with their service a month ago and I was supposed to receive the service on June 4th. I was charged the entire years service fee right away but I just found out today (June 26) from Bell Canada technical service (who actually sets up the line) that no order was put in. The Bell technician told me it would have to be re-ordered through my third party provider.

    When speaking with the Acanac techical support people, I was told that it would take another 2 days to set up the service but I have heard "5-7 business days" three times and "24 to 48 hours" three times. I am extremely disappointed on how this company handled my account and I am doubtful it will happen in 2 days based on what the Bell technician told me.

    I have to admit their prices are pretty good, but there are other companies that offer great rates too (if not better). You just have to look for them.

    If you do chose this company, be aware that the technical and the sales department are completely separate. I was charged for the service a month ago yet my order was not known to the department who sets it up.

    I do not recommend the service to anyone. When I first found out that my order was not processed, I was told the general manager personally took care of my order and was ensured that there will be no problems - three weeks later, no service. I left a couple of messages to the general manager (since front line receptionists are not allowed to transfer calls to him) but he did not return my call. That's customer service for you... Acanac style.

    Please be aware that the setup procedure it totally out of our control. This is handled by Bell Canada. On average it takes 5-7 business days. It may take longer in some cases. If you can PM me your contact information I would be more than happy to check the status of your account. Including the date we (Acanac) submitted the request to Bell and the day they replied.

    Also once you are charged your also imputed into the Bell Portal. This is an automated system and you can't do one with out the other. Acanac also backs up it's service with an unconditional money back guarantee. This starts from the day your service becomes active. Not from the day your singed up or have been charged. Please also be aware that your renewal date is from the day your service becomes active. Not from the day you placed your order.
