After having Rogers for over a year and dealing with download caps, I heard about Acanac offering cable services in my area. I signed up that day and while there was congestion on the network initially I have never had any service interruptions and now that network upgrades are complete the connection speeds are consistent. Billing issues are handled through a ticketing system rather than over the phone and have never taken more than a day for a response (requesting access to online computer and VPN). Since I already had Rogers it was just a matter of swapping over the modems on my connection date and I was ready to go with no downtime. I'm recommending Acanac to everyone I know, don't put up with download caps just because it's what the big ISP's are forcing on you.
