I had 15/1 cable internet.
This service sucked at first when I sign up, and was congested.
I was also placed on an incorrect speed profile of 10/0.5.
Eventually after a few months the service was fixed and I was credited back a small amount.
My cable internet is down and has been down since May the 17th.
I have all the lights synced but an internal 10.*.*.* ip address.
My modem was deactivated.
I am sick of not having any answer as to why or any timeframe of when it will be fixed.
I am done with Acanac.
I submitted a ticket to cancel today.
The order install process was easy, but then I moved and the rogers tech never came.
After Rogers finally came and hooked it up, my modem was deactivated a few days later, and now 3 days later still no information as to why.
