I had a master filter installed by a bell tech but My acanac ticket caused my service to changed to INTERLEAVED from fast path after my problems were fixed with the filter I have since asked acanac nicely and repeatedly to fix this... they said ok ... multiple responses and they just lied... they end up ignoring my request and asking me todo a ping test to see if my latency is high???? as if I have been talking to a wall for the past 3 weeks so yea they wont put me back on fast path a simple request

We tried with an email and also called bell to put your line on fast path, but the answer was no and there is nothing more we can do. Please accept our apology for this matter.
ah so you wont acknowledge that you made a mistake.. you just wont do it.. you act like it's going to hurt bell to put it back... i'm willing to accept an unstable connection even and the answer is NO.. spent over 150 buying filters to fix the line noise... this interleaved connection is giving me 300 latency i cant use the internet..
Re: Interleaved to Fast Path. i paid for a year and a half so far only to be told NO NO line change for you NO SOUP 4 U ... just because you got paid in advance... i guess you really dont want my 3rd years payment and beyond... i guess thats how you do business
Re: Interleaved to Fast Path. If Bell tells us no there is nothing we can do since it is their lines unfortunately.
Acanac Inc. It is NOT Acanac that puts you on the fast path. We have to send a repair ticket in to the carrier and they are the ones that would put you on it.
