It has been 12 days that I don't have internet and I just submit tickets in their technical support.
No one picks up the phone in tech support and no one picks up the phone in accounting dept. so I can move on to another company.
I am stuck.
Update: After 13 days, they contacted me and told me they can cancel it after 15 days. It means it takes 30 days. I already purchased new internet from Teksavvy and they will install it in 7 days but as long as Acanac's signal is on the cable, they can not. I have to wait 1 month because Acanac's customer service is so lazy! Or maybe they are smart because by delaying, they charge me one extra month!
Today I saw Acanac's advertise on in Toronto Sun newspaper. God knows how many people will be fooled by "The Right Choice" marketing slogan!
