Speed is dependent on what Roger can give you, their dns server has lots of issue. I had switch over from Electronic Box dsl while we had TV service with Roger but switch was still a nightmare. Almost 20 days without service being stable, 10 days complete none then next 10 was hickup from either them or Roger ended up renewal was extended. Throughout first yr we loss service for about 10 days some I was too lazy to call in since their wait time is just too long. Used my own SA DCP2100R2. Their referral are strict in sense that when I was on cable I have to referred cable users not DSL so they never credit me for one friend and same for me when I joined my buddy on DSL did not get mine credit to his account since I was signing up as Cable. The bad experience I have is with their billing dept. F*****a lack of comprehension of the english language and no logical thought. Voip is dependent on have internet service but yet this person insist on having this service started before cable.
