I've been with 3web/Cybersurf and now Distributel for about 4-5yrs.
When they were 3web the service was really bad, Distributel has bought the company cleaned up the mess and is now providing good service at a good value.
I still use a DOCSIS 2 modem, so I experience slowdowns in the evening, if you call 15mb slow. I'm sure if I bought a DOCSIS 3 modem, those slowdowns would disappear (node congestion).
All said and done, I'd take these guys over any DSL connection or even shudder.. Rogers.
