    For $41.95 I get uncapped, unthorttled 10/1 cable internet with VoIP home phone. I was paying Rogers $62 + $15 to another VoIP company before. Rogers also charged me $25 each month where I exceeded my bandwidth cap. So this provider is really CHEAP.

    Good:
    Their IP addresses are persistent (lasts several months)

    Bad:
    The bandwidth fluctuates during peak times, maybe they are QoS'd below other cable customers?
    Tech support wait times (pray you don't need them!)

    This company is so inexpensive that I purchased a second DSL ISP to back up CIA. I'm glad I did it as CIA's 10mbits isn't always there (goes down to 2mbits during peak times).
