I was originally told by the sales rep that their service has a cap of 40GB per month on downloading files. I understood that as actually downloading files, excluding streaming. I signed up for netflix after I purchased an Apple TV and started receiving letters threatening to charge me an additional fee for exceeding the monthly limit. After talking to their customer service department, I was told that I was given erroneous information and to go back to the sales rep. to straighten things out? Really?! Needless to say will be changing companies to the local DSL company, CLARO, not many options down here. But at least they don't cap their limits. member for 22.9 years, 130 visits, last login: 9.5 years ago lodged 11.4 years ago |
