Fiber (FTTB) connection in Helsinki area. The last meters in my case are Ethernet. RTT and throughput are excellent. I have had the connection for only a couple of days but anyway, I have has no problems, down-time and IP-address has not changed although TeliaSonera does not offer static IP for home connections.
I can't say anything about the tech support. There was practically no information about the connection in Internet but the salesmen could provide some information. There was start-up-fee of 130 euro which I luckily had not to pay.
