Took their default "12 Megas"—most Spanish telcos give a number rather than volume/speed!
Now named "ADSL 12Mb".

Price: "ADSL 12Mb" €15.95/month + phone line €14.99/m: €30.94+21%VAT = €37.44 per month (USD 50.63).
NB although it is advertised as €15.95/m (US$21.57),
with line and tax you pay >twice that: €37.44/m (US$50.63).

If you are moving house and changing to Jazztel,
DON'T change to Jazztel before moving: they will put you in limbo, it will take you weeks and lots of effort to get the connection you want, and you will spend lots of money (€€€) on the expensive call line (had you a landline you could call their free number).
Instead, get your old/existing Telco to move your existing # to your new address first.
Their call centre sounds (accents) like it is in Latin America; they only answer questions from a script; they don't seem to try to understand problems; there is never a manager available to help. I thought the problem was partly mine and got a Spanish professor of Spanish to help; the prof slammed the phone down after >10mins.

I switched whilst I still had both addresses; I should have got my old telco to move my number to my new abode first; it then took Jazztel about three weeks to sort out the mess they made.

You can keep your old number and for free; some of their personnel say it is free, when they do, agree (the call is recorded); if later you are charged (~65€; never agree to such a charge) for the transfer on your first bill, complain and get it refunded.

Once their service is installed, it works OK. Sure you don't get the 12Mb/s that they sold you: it is more like 5MB/s…8Mb/s.
