I called up BTI, who has been our long distance carrier for the past three
years, and spoke to Alan Green, their Sales Rep. He patiently answered all
my questions, promply returned my calls and was helpful and knowledgeable.
I ordered DSL for two computers in my office. Their technician, Jason Reed,
arrived on the scheduled day and was mannerly, well groomed and well
trained. We ran into some configuration problems with the Ethernet cards I
had purchased, so Jason called BTI's Network Administrator, Eric Restor, who
stayed on the phone with us for as long as it took to straighten out the
configurations. Eric is an excellent trouble shooter with vast experience,
and he stayed on the speaker phone for hours and never let us down. The
registry had to be changed on one computer, and Eric called Joel. Over the
phone Joel guided us through deleting some problem files in my registry, a
very delicate operation, and he did it perfectly. DSL is now working
wonderfully fast on both computers and I was so pleased with the product,
the pricing, and the expert technicians that BTI supplied, that I wrote
letters of recommendation to their supervisors, applauding their technicians
in every area. I would highly recommend BTI for DSL. Also, we have been so
happy with their long distance service that over the years we tore up $250
worth of AT&T's checks because we wouldn't "switch." We are loyal and
delighted customers of BTI. Try them. You'll like them.
