    The install was good. I told them when I would move in and the service was on when I arrived. I pay for 6 mbps service and below is what I actually receive.

    I live in a small village not far from Frankfurt but apparently not close enough to warrant more than 2mbps. I believe there are faster speeds available if you are able to live in the city.
    T-Com is a monopoly here so there is no one to complain to and no real competition. Take it or leave it. If you need tech help, be advised that tech support is not included in the price and you will be charged extra for your call. I received a generic DSL modem (not generic but no brand name I've ever seen in the US) at no additional charge when I signed up, but there were substantial install fees so I'm pretty sure I didn't get any bargain.
