    They real delivered speed (you can test it using DSLREPORTS.COM) was as much as 1/10 of the advertised speed.
    Other and install looks like to be handled by different companies and they don't talk to each other.
    The only good experience I had with it was the relief when I finally manage to cancel the contract.
    You can have a much better deal (higher speed and less expensive) with gvt.net.br or Virtua
