From NY -> DC on the Amtrak I disconnect 2-3 times. I have used it in:New York ( including eastern long island ), NJ ( including atlantic city ) Chicago, Philly, Allentown, Boston, DC/MD/NoVA all very reliable speeds and coverage. Data service seems much better than their phone service, from past experience with sprint pcs.
I would give it a 5 across the board if:
1) full Mac support including PRL updates and GPS location services ( mac support is new and a little buggy )
2) the usb Y splitter was not needed with my U720. The macbook pro ( 15 ) has one usb port on each side of the notebook.. the U720 comes with a Y splitter cable for full power draw.. my notebook looks like frankenlaptop when I have it all rigged up.

I have cancelled my service with sprint due to my company providing me with a verizon alternative. I am sad to leave sprint (not the support department however).
Took an hour and change to cancel my service.. they offered me discounted service down to $29.99/mo for unlimited..
