    Verizon has advertised "unlimited data" for their EVDO, yet terminated many customers for going over some imaginary "abuse" bandwidth limit. On top of this they charged those customers they terminated the "early termination fee."

    I've watched HOURS and HOURS of my Tivo via Slingbox and EVDO with Sprint and have yet to ever get any such letter - nor have I heard of anyone else being terminated from Sprint for such things.

    The ping times are kind of crap, but hey, what do you expect going between your laptop & a tower? Wireless technologies will always introduce some type of latency issues in your connection. At least it's not as bad as Satellite service for data (500ms+ ping times).

    Can't wait to see what they have to offer in the WiMAX realm now that they've partnered with Clearwire & Google for it! Woo Hoo!
